Recommended Technology Platform
Linktech offers management and support for a wide range of technology, from devices and applications to cloud platforms and services. As you can appreciate, we cannot be experts in every single piece of technology with such a wide array of vendors and services in today's market.
Devices and services listed in Our Recommended Technology Platform (RTP) are backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for us to provide a higher class of support for customers on fixed fee IT support agreements.
Technology that is not included on our RTP is not covered by an SLA, this does not mean we will not help, however, it may take us longer to service your request or, at our discretion, be billed outside of the agreement.
Vendor Support, Care Packs, Service Packs, and 3rd Party Support
All customer technology must be covered by a vendor warranty, care pack or support agreement to qualify to be included in the Service Level Agreement. Vendor support provides essential hardware replacement, software support, firmware support, and level 4 expertise when a failure occurs. Technology that is not covered by a vendor support agreement is not covered by an SLA.
We align our SLA to your vendor SLA, where a warranty might include a next-day service our SLA will align to this SLA plus the time afforded to us to implement the fix to restore service.
For Example:
